Service fees, where applicable, are communicated in writing before engagement. Third-party charges such as application fees, tuition deposits, visa fees, biometrics, medicals and courier costs are payable directly by the client and are non-refundable by us.
Engaging our services does not guarantee admission, visa approval, employment, permanent residency or any immigration outcome. All decisions are made by the relevant universities, governments and immigration authorities.
Processing times are set by institutions and authorities and may change without notice. We provide indicative timelines only and are not liable for delays outside our control.
